To compare the SARS-coV strain of various SARS affected countries in the world.
This is to be done using Bioinformatics and using tools such as BLAST and FASTA to achieve this end.
Subsequently, we would be applying our knowledge to enable us to assist scientists in developing vaccines for SARS.
